I know you said do not make free BPO, but I just got my first BPO.
How long do I have to wait for them assign me the listings?
If I refuse to do it for free, do they go with someone else and I lost my chances to get in contact with them?

What can I do when companies does not pay you for the BPO’S orders? I have Months trying to collect payments from 2 different companies.

What do you recommend when you bug the BPO companies for months for long overdue payments, finally get paid, and the check is either no good or stopped payment?
Just because you get assigned a BPO does not necessarily mean you will get listings. Unfortunately, there are alot of companies out there that like to take advantage of realtor\’s free services. You need to find out if they are truly the ones assigning listings to realtors. Otherwise, you can wind up working for free.
