It didn\’t tell much. Just about diet and exercise which is how all weight is reasonably lost. I have dropped over 70 pounds and it is well worth it. Admittedly, I tried Medi-Wieght Loss and spent a ton of money just to gain the pounds back fast. So that one is a no go. The best thing I did was buy a work out ball, some good tapes and have that to do at home. Watch my \"bad carbs\" and make sure to exercise at least 3 times a week. It took me a year to lost my weight. Diet and exercise and changing your view on both is the best way to drop pounds.
Is this another one of your items you sell on amazon? Didn\’t tell me much about real estate but this is what it has boiled down to with this whole inside circle of sellers. Buy this, buy that, but this, do this boot camp, my \"Buddy\" the REO rockstar. I am sick and tired of all the rubbish you guys are peddling.

I liked your video and you were definitely nice looking in that before photo. Don’t put yourself down, though, because you put on some weight. It happens. Just focus on what you want, and I’m sure it will come to you.
Hi, Anthony! I have been on and off the fitness band wagon for years. In 2003 I satarted working out daily and eating a 3-2 diet: you can eat three things (lean protien, vegies and fruit) and drink two things (water and pure fruit juice). Nothing white: no white flour, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, salt; and no caffience in ANY form. Every morning I had a “shake” with 1/2 cup O.J., a banana, 1/2 apple, 1/2 pear (or 1 whole of either), sluched up with ice. That was breakvast. If you cut out the sode (even diet soda) and exercise every day (even just a little), you’ll be amazed at the transformation. I dropped from 213 to 145. I have been SOOOO busy, I have gotten off track and gained back
to 185, so now I’m losing 40 pounds again. Sustainable loss and life change is the key. Every change you make (even focusing on properity) changes the mix, so you have to adjust. Keep focused. Love you lots!
