Here’s An Old Picture Of Me in 1998
Yesterday I made a post about Health ( click here to see yesterday’s post ) and if you don’t have health you don’t have wealth…Without health there is nothing. Well I’m guilty I have traded my health for my wealth and now find myself 70lbs overweight.
I still work out hard and frequently and have massive strength and I’ve also put on some serious fat and flab too. So it’s time for an overhaul otherwise I am going to find myself in worse shape in a few years.
I am putting it out there to the world that I am getting back on the road to doing this and I want to share my journey with you as I go through this HUGE undertaking during the worst time of year (The Holidays). I will need your support so please chime in with support anytime.
As we speak I am working on my nutrition plan since that is where most of my challenges are…My fitness plan is going to be tweaked a little too. No more working out for strength, now it’s time to turn on the volume on fat burning exercises and fitness plan.
I will be posting my meal plans and completed workouts online here for now eventually everything will be moved over to our new personal development blog www.SeeProsperity.com
I am hoping to inspire anyone who wants to join me in their journey to wealthy health. I will be announcing my start date very soon…
To Our Prosperity,
Anthony Aires

good luck with that. I wish I could get there in my head. I always have an excuse. Oh yeah… this weeks…. \"I am waiting for the wealth.\"
Anthony,
You were SMOKIN hot in that pic and you can do it again!
Health and Wellness is set to be a trillion dollar industry due to the baby boomers…I have something that can help you with your goal, and you wont believe what it IS! Call me if you were serious, (and I know you always are!!!) 317-201-8597…or email me at the above e-mail. I am waiting to share the health and wealth info with you.
Well I have already began my quest for health and wealth…First comes health as I had the wealth. I’ve lost 40 lbs in the past year. I am recently divorced (lost just about everyting between the down turn and divorce) and with the industry where it is the only control I felt I had in my life was my health. So I started eating less (i’ve always ate healthy, just have a massiave appetite) and lifting weights and running again. With your BPO kit I have been doing 40-50 BPO’s monthly in my area and now hope to capitalize on those contacts and begin doing REO stuff. I once looked like Anthony (college days) but got married, started my mortgage business and the rest is history. Now i’m #1 again and it feels great to have control in that part of my life. Now i just need to get my income up again and i’ll be on track for health and wealth. I’m telling you folks, if I can do it anybody can! period!! I used to have a book of excuses as to why I could not find the 4-6 hrs/week to keep healthy and there really are no good excuses… All the best to anybody who is going to commit to fitness and health!
Right on Brother!! I’ll be cheering for you! You are right, food intake is key. I too have traded wealth for health and I’m 35 pounds overweight which really looks bad when you have short legs like me! Not complaining though, at least I have all my hair! It could be worse…The extra pounds have played a big roll in my decling health. I look forward to seeing your meal plans. Good Luck and God Bless!
Hi Anthony
I am in the same boat with ya. I was very tiny all my life, building my career and now with the real estate market in the tank I have my family and my home, lost everything else. I now am overweight and have high cholesterol, triglycerides. I am working on getting healthy as well as surviving the economy. I wish you nothng but success.
Sandy
Well I’m with you on that but some of us that are overweight and poor, we have to work 16 hrs a day just to try and make ann’s meat , it is hard for us to get into a health plan, if I was making the money you are then I wouldn’t have to work so long and have time to exercise, I’m also about 50 pounds overweight but cant stop to exercise.
Well Anthony,
I admire you for putting all on the line, regarding your plan to get healthy again. I too believe in accountability. I just purchased the 1000 list and the BPOkit. I have been in the business for about 36 years. Most of the past 15 years have been in a niche that has dried up. I am back to the residental and wanted to learn about BPOs and REOs. I will keep you posted. I too am getting back to power-walking, and using my total-gym machine. I am 65 and have no retirement. I believe your system will help me.
HOT:)
I thought this is a BPO REO web site, not a nerd photo site!!!!!
Anthony,
I guess you know there will be several of us supporting you and trying to lose the weight along with you. I just passed up my dessert
in an effort to get back on the right track. Now if I can give up the soda the pounds should start dropping. The extra weight I have been carrying have affected my health with diabetes and arthritis. So feel free to email me for support anytime. Thanks for your BPO/REO assistance.
Don’t feel bad wait, till you get to be in your 50’s-as long as you have a spirit of giving and a feeling you are doing something right for others. When you become someone who others look-up to, your doing whats right.
Speak to youlator: Doug
Way to go!!! I am with you!!! I started August 3rd and I am now down 18 pounds, 20 more to go!! 500 calories a day!! I am still trying to fit the exercise in my daily schedule, thats the hard part. Giving up the food was the easy part. Remember, nothing ever tasted as good as thin feels!!!!
Good job and good luck! I will be starting the P90x program this week. My buddy just finished and lost 25 pds (he didn\’t even follow the nutrition plan). He said he has never seen his abs like he can see them now! I agree the holidays are going to make it even tougher but I\’m ready to hit the swimming pool next summer and that is going to be my motivation. Good luck, I will let you know how it goes!

Go NICK…I feel you man…especially when you traded all your health and end up back at square one except now you realize you lost your health too…So I am all over it been researching what I am going to implement.
Well, Anthony, I\\\’m in the same boat as you are and this is the most amount of weight I have ever needed to get off in my entire lifetime and it is awesomely scarey. But, I used my juicer for the first time today in a very long time and I suggest you get one too and a steamer. The problem with the steamer in my opinion is that vege\\\’s every night to me is boring. I\\\’m also working hard at not getting depressed as I\\\’m so tired of hearing the banks say: We\\\’re not taking on any more California brokers.
To everyone\’s good health and prosperity.
we like the web design Number 1 best!!!! Not sure if this is the correct place to put the response though so sorry if it’s not… No. 1 for sure is much better!!
How are you doing now Anthony. I lost since last year 215 to 179.5 -182lbs now. I right now just do a 30 mins walk in warm summer month , then now it winter it hard , so i just watch calories for now. Trying to find something I will enjoy doing in the house to get the exerices cut i really just like walking. Hope this help for encouragement. You really dont have do a lots, mostly just losting all the extra calories then after losing lots . Then time to cardio or something. I try everything but just walking , cutting food I end up losting more than exerices everyday.
