I also have been spending a lot of money to learn real estate investing. I am at a point where I can not spend anymore but I learned one thing after going thru all these seminars which in hindsight should have been what I have done. Get one medium,focus on it and get a coach to help which is what you are offering.

Gentlemen! Prior to obtaining my real estate license in early 2001 I was a journeyman carpenter for the previous 10 years and an apprentice for a few years before that. I’m a hands on guy as that’s where I get my feeling of accomplishment.
I can’t tell you how tired and frustrated I am with buyers saying “I don’t want to do the work needed on this place” or sellers not willing to spend a few bucks to make sure they get top dollar for their homes by listening to my advise. Very few sellers have been willing to follow my advise, but those who have, have reaped the benefits!
Therefore, I’ve decided it’s “carpe diem” time men! I’m ready to go out and generate my own business flipping properties! My advantages? I love getting my hands dirty and can save a bundle on hiring out what I can do myself. I can even give my teenage kids an opportunity to make a few extra bucks! I already know what buyers want….a home that’s turn-key that has great curb appeal! Sounds like the potential for multiple offers to me. I’m already going out this Friday to paint a “guest quarters” for one of my clients so we can get on the MLS next Tuesday. But the decks? That ones a toughy! Pest report coming in later today, probably need to demo out a thousand square feet….ouch!
I have possible access to money myself to do this, subject to verification, however I am also wanting to know how to approach investors and how to construct an agreement with them that works out for both of us. Please keep me in mind! Clint (near Sacramento, CA)

I just bought Anthony programs and spoke with him today. I’m going to do his program then do this one maybe. I use to flip houses and that is what got me into Real Estate. I was flipping 70 houses a year and had 3 investors and actually thought others how to flip properties before this big down slope. Just like Anthony I went through a Divorce and a lot going on at once and lost everything. I’m now on back on the up swing of everything and learned to do things one step at a time and not get to big to fast. So I’m gonna learn from my mistakes and do Anthony program first and take baby steps getting back into flipping properties. If Anthony is signing off on you I’m sure your the right man to have by anyone’s side.

I truley relate to this story. I am a newer agent in the Sacramento Ca area. I too changed careers a multitude of times. From pastry chef to black jack dealer to prison guard to electrician and a few others. Got into Real Estate to flip with my husband and here I am,(sidetracked! Trying to get ahead to invest).
