I am Tomas E Grado from El Paso TX I have been flipping homes for about 20 years, In 2005 I became a realtor I was doing OK in tell 2007 when I was diagnose with Squamous cell cancer of the throat at which time I had to take time off to go to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston TX for treatments and at that time I had to refi my homes in order to keep my family and myself up float. Will that has taking up all the cash and equity I had to work with and now I find myself struggling to purchase any home. I’m Reposting this comment again as I follow through the Videos… You guys are the Bomb!!! I just took advantage of your New Years Blowout sale because I’m trying to decide the best ways to go about rising from the ashes again and taking full advantage of what the market is giving us… I have also been considering initiating some sort of coaching or??? I am a Real Estate Broker / Investor in the Atlanta area and have many things in common with both of you and would love to also be able to give back!!! These homes sure are a great deal. I guess some clouds do have a silver lining. The recession and the housing bubble were/are scary, but at least there is some upside. I am really thinking about buying an REO home.
I plan to learn more about REO homes and learn to take advantage of the deals that are out there.

I found a great resource for searching and bidding on REO homes. The site even has a feature that helps you find an agent who understand REO. GoHoming.com
