The Best Job Right Now

If have trouble viewing the video you can download Adobe Flash Player For Free by Clicking Here

Just wanted to make a little video for you about how I think we as real estate agents are in the best position, job, business right now compared to other folks.  One thing we have going for us we already are survivors, we already understand how to stick and move.

We won’t be like corporate professionals entering the unemployment market having to start from scratch we already understand survival of the fittest.  Sadly most of them will be like a deer in headlights not knowing what or how to make it happen in the jungle.

Would love your comments after you view the video.

Thanks enjoyed the info…there is alot to learn in this business. Still enjoying the business and trying to grow with it….looking forward to your next message.

Great website and video’s. Good choice of music. I’m a real estate broker in PA and NJ. I also loved the 2000-2005 years made lots of money and knew it would eventually end but not like it has. (Government involvment) Thank God I paided off everything I owned and bought. Still have my nice cars, homes and investments. I am looking forward to the challenges of the future and can’t wait to make lots of $$ in the future. I love learning new angles of the business. REO and foreclosures. One of my favorite sayings is “If your scared.. go to church” Otherwise get tough, actually WORK and do what you have to do to make the deal. Just a different way. Don’t pray for the answer. The government isn’t their acting now. The only scary thing is how much more paperwork and time it will take to close a deal with the USA.

I’m glad I listened to Anthony’s video today. I got motivated by his presentation, and he offers so much education on what is is going in todays real estate market. Thx!

thanks for taking the time to summarize this info,

knew most and could personally relate to most of it(let go of 5 dog rental properties/currently short saling/900K+ of real estate in foreclosure)

Made good money in good or ‘up’real estate market, but…will make a fortune in this ‘down’ market

This was one of your better video’s. It was well planned and presented. Thank you. I will be forwarding it to some of the agents in my office that will get a benefit from it.

    Hello Anthony,
Even though I have not got any result from your course, I admire you for being such an upfront person and say it the way it is. You are a great coach and I would love to follow your foot steps to success.
    Regards,
    Fabi

    Thanks Anthony,

You are completely right that we are in a great business. The true benefit is the ability to help homeowners before they go to foreclosure and understanding the mess to begin with. (Good job on the explanation of easy money… you should certainly highlight though that real estate prices went up so much because of the easy money.. and why that easy money was made available.)

Why loans were made and why prices went so high. Helping homeowners get out without going to foreclosure gives me much more satisfaction then bank owned homes… any day of the week.

Your average American has no understanding of what a true “real estate investment” is to begin with and until real estate agents understand this… they can’t help the homeowner.

(Nice reference to the opportunities of the great depression — my Great Grandfather picked up about 10,000 acres of land back in the 30’s.)

Yep — we do and specialize in Short Sales in Las Vegas and we love them. SO much better then REO homes… as mentioned.. have the system down and know how to work with the banks.

    Thanks Anthony!

I listened to the video online but he is not the Anthony Robbins I used to read back in the 80’s. Didn’t like it at all.

I just started doing BPO’s in the Pocono area of Pa.3 months ago and now I want to do asset management. I can’t wait to see your next Blog.
    Thankyou for your book.

    Hi Anthony,

I enjoyed the video but think you need to add more visual to it to hold attention. The content is very good and helps explain the evolution to the “mess” we’re in. I am trying to get my BPO business going right now but it is real slow in coming. I have a plan but my plan isn’t keeping up with my pace :(!! Never thought about quitting, though, nothing else could replace real estate. Thanks for all your insight and information to us.

    Anthony,

I think it was great! You’re right we are going to have alot of good opportunities, with the short sales and foreclosures, we also have to have faith and pretty soon investors are going to go crazy with the foreclosures and the market is going to correct itself in a couple of years, but right now its true what you say about having a plan in place to take advantage of what the market has to offer right now. Thank you for your time and knowledge, and thank you for sharing it with all of us.
you really motivated me to go out there and sell Real Estate again!

Thank you for all of the information you have sent, for free. Lots of information, time well spent reviewing material. Your voice is very clear and smooth, however, you could improve it by taking out the ‘um’ factor.

I purchased your BPO REO Kit,
and although I have mailed, called, nothing has happened.
I am still working, on a deal here, a purchase there, a loan here, and so forth. Everything seems to take forever to close. I just want to let you know that when I receive your e-mails, it helps my day, knowing someone is honest enough to tell the truth, and provide great information as well.
Thanks again for all of the free and additional information you have sent.

I am proud that a latino Broker is in the top of this REO business, I should got into this area before, but never is too late, I am a Broker owned a small office and every agent left to work a job in order to survive and I had to close my office too much in debt. Now I was trying to survive and then I saw your site and it brought me hope to make a decent living again, hopefully you can help me, so I can help other Real Estate professionals in great need. I know you do this for profit, that is OK, but at the same time you can help a lot of people. Thank you. David Santana, Southern California.
