If you want to learn how to quit saying “ummm” you should consider Toastmasters - it will do a great job of about public speaking - which will be a great tool in your arsenal if you want to do more videos.

Sounds Good I am looking into Toastmasters as we speak.

I’m currently taking real-estate courses and I appreciate what your saying especcially about hope and taking action. i’m very nervous about getting into the real estate buisness. i’m an ex Mercedes automotive techinician, and once thought of owning my own shop. i’m 31 years of age , and I don’t feel after 10 years in the field that i’m getting anywhere. I’ve always been interested in real estate and like you said every millionaire you’ve heard of seems to make their money through real estate. Anyway ,do you have any encouriging stories to motivate me and help reassure me that i’m making the right choice and am heading in the right direction. my theory is this, you’re not going to make it in a nine to five. I prettey much want more options for my life and my family.

Thanks for putting thing into perspective. I have delt with situations such as your too, and have to say it really does take it’s toll. I’m trying to find new direction and feel like I’m getting stumped at every turn. I’m in Myrtle Beach, SC and everything has come to a halt, but I’m not willing to give up. I’ll continue to learn new tools, and fight for my stardom.
I have to ask, I’ve been running into people that are hesitent to do bus with someone that is on the younger side of life. Have you run into this? and how did you overcome it?

I’m touched and can relate to your experience I lost some homes and basically was homeless driving a uhaul back to las vegas. now back in vegas I’m trying to make a comeback, but it’s tuff. You sound sincere, in 1993-94 I also lost everything and even divorced, i can relate to your story. I Rebuilt myself and set up a small business in escrow, but with this new crisis had to sell it and back to sales.

My believe is that the world is one big school and each of us is an student and a teacher at the same time, think about it: experience its the only thing that we can take from here.

This is a sad story. I don’t want to be a sad story.I am trying to get positive not further down. Enough already.
