I fell into a short sale over 1 year ago. The WORST nightmare……like Darryl said, maybe that would change if I could simplify the process through education. For $17, it’s a no-brainer!

Did not buy the course but that’s because we already specialize in them :).
I have a partner that ONLY works with the banks all day long. I highly suggest that if you want to get into short sales and do them the right way, that you have a full time person dedicated to this.
