Really? Sure looks like a set up to me - Look we’re out here trying to make ends meet and working hard to survive. I have paid for FOUR programs - all the same crap and none of them offer anything for California - so while you may be turning 20 homes in the FLORIDA “Fire Sale” - these programs won’t work in Southern California. So here it goes - take me on and prove me wrong. If you’re so confident that this works lets really show it to the people. You sent me your magic program for 3 mos; we will document the days, times action and whatever else to prove you’re ethical and then put it out there. But you sitting in your very moderate office in jeans… Really?????

WOW… I now know why so many agents are UNSUCCESSFUL the negativity is simply astonishing. I know Nathan personally my husband and I met Nathan when he was first getting started in the real estate business as an investor about 4 to 5 years ago, he was not even licensed back then. His willingness to SUCCEED was an inspiration and over powering. It makes me extremly happy to tell everyone out there that he is the real deal. It is funny how everyone throws words around like unethical and integrity when someone simply thinks out side the box and is unconventional. There is NOTHING wrong with thinking outside the box it is called being a salesman. Being aggresive and assertive is NOT unethical it is people like Nathan and others like him that are successful thinking outside the box. Now, you can continue complaining about how life sucks or you can take the steps to making things better for yourself and others.

Interesting presentation (shortsalesriches.com). Sounds good for FL investors, but how well does it work in CA? Do you guys have any case studies on the West Coast in any of the Southland markets, such as Los Angeles or Orange County? I’ll admit, I’m intrigued, but I’m far from sold!

@FRED Ethical?? Really?? That’s a tough accusation. Maybe if you guys work harder and stop trying to hustle people for free products by questioning their ethics, you’ll be successful. I have bought Anthony’s product and he has been God sent. No joke. The things he has taught me are unbelievable. Don’t like what he’s offering, go play on Activerain, but there is no need for your negativity. Anthony, keep the good stuff coming!!
