Impressive, I have been sitting back as a Realtor watching and being critical of every email I receive from you for several months. For the most part, I respect what I read and am impressed with the quality of information that is being shared. I can’t say that I actualy thought you are full of crap but this has definately moved you to a higher level of respect. I like that you are transparent. So, what does Mr. Payne think in 2009?

So many different people are referring you…it’s confusing..I am
impressed, such young people are making such mega bucks and with such
automation……I am impressed..yahoo for the information age..and the
acceleration of possibilities…..this is excellent…but i tell you Nate and Chris I’m on with DC Fawcett and Jeff Kaller…I may find your program easier later…so thanks for being there…..I’m still struggling with the cost of forming the LLC…Virtual Office, website, cards, URL and etc. The I’m ON! And maybe get a SBA loan to run things for a year, while I get some deals in and out of the pipeline.
