Rob’s Tour Of Homes (part deux)

Good Day everyone…here’s part duex of Rob’s Tour of Homes.

Here you’ll see the last house we saw in the previous video that was a total mess and is now ready to go on the market.  If you missed the last video interviews you can see them by clicking the links below this…You’ll want to see them first or this won’t make sense to you.  If you are interested in having Rob coach you to do what he does there is a short form below the video.  When you fill that form out Rob will be sending you an application through email after The New Year.  From there he is going to pick 8-10 lucky agents and he is going to show them and coach on how he does what he does.  So if you want cross the abyss from being an agent to an investor then fill out the short form below.

Robb’s Tour of Homes

Here are Robb’s Properties one’s he has ready to flip that he has rehabbed…keep in mind this was a guy who was a mechanic to a broke real estate agent a few years ago and started flipping houses because he saw the opportunity while completing Broker Price Opinions (what everybody complains about doing). Free Contacts For REO Listings

This is the needle in the hay stack.

Free information regarding asset managers and reo listing companies is very rare. You’ll find all kinds of seminars on how to do bpo’s, set up a resume and on and on. That information is all over the net. What you really want is the contacts at the asset management companies. People who you can contact and direct all that good information you’ve learned at those other places. You won’t have to get you’re wallet out for this though. All the information is free, sample bpo’s, telephone numbers, emails and in some cases addresses.

The only way you get it is if you’re the actual agent getting the assignment.

But these are the precise people you have to be in contact with in order to get the listings. You can sign up with asset management companies’ everyday, but it you’re not on the actual asset managers list when they need new agents you’re getting passed up. Some of these companies are now handling Fannie Mae properties. As some of you may have heard, Fannie Mae has outsourced management of their assets.

If you’re sending resumes to companies, make sure these guys get them, and send it often.

Make phone contact. These guys and gals get hundreds of emails a week. Your email will get buried in the bunch if you just email. Call, email and call again. I’ve talked to several unfortunately they don’t handle assets in my area. Perhaps it can help some of you.

Taking REO listing is not that complicated, you just have to be talking to the right person.

If you have property management experience, make sure they know. They will always look closer at someone with property management under they’re belt. That is what you’ll be doing after all. Selling the home is just an extra for them.

For those of you who do land an assignment from one of these contacts.

One of the first things you will have to do is an interior bpo. Make sure to properly handle the initial bpo. Review it and make it as complete as possible. Make sure to take pictures of all sides of the home and be as accurate as possible with your estimate of repairs. Be especially particular about your pricing strategy; show them you have a good idea of the surrounding market.

Here’s An Old Picture Of Me in 1998

Yesterday I made a post about Health ( click here to see yesterday’s post ) and if you don’t have health you don’t have wealth…Without health there is nothing.  Well I’m guilty I have traded my health for my wealth and now find myself 70lbs overweight.

I still work out hard and frequently and have massive strength and I’ve also put on some serious fat and flab too.  So it’s time for an overhaul otherwise I am going to find myself in worse shape in a few years.

I am putting it out there to the world that I am getting back on the road to doing this and I want to share my journey with you as I go through this HUGE undertaking during the worst time of year (The Holidays).  I will need your support so please chime in with support anytime.

As we speak I am working on my nutrition plan since that is where most of my challenges are…My fitness plan is going to be tweaked a little too.  No more working out for strength, now it’s time to turn on the volume on fat burning exercises and fitness plan.

I will be posting my meal plans and completed workouts online here for now eventually everything will be moved over to our new personal development blog www.SeeProsperity.com

I am hoping to inspire anyone who wants to join me in their journey to wealthy health.  I will be announcing my start date very soon…
