The BPO Bank List really help me out the most, but this was a no brainer. I signed up as a vendor for the entire list provided and about half of the list responded back. 48 hours later I was out doing BPO’s! During my toughest of times, Bpo’s are what kept the lights on. I currently do about 15 orders per week from only 5 asset management companies that send me regular work; which works out to about 16 hours of work per week. 15 hours for the BPO online form and 1 hour to take pictures. I’m actually getting paid to find out whats going on in my local markets! I also still use the “BPO Deal Calculator”. This is a must because you need to keep your own records of what is owed to you for the work you do. Hey, sometimes people make mistakes. “List Bank Property” is also a download that is loaded with some awesome information. I use many of the “List Bank Property” strategies on my website, (www.SearchLACountyHomes.com) with my marketing and really the entire structure on how to present yourself and deal with asset managers to turn your knowledge into business. So by combining BPO work that you complete with the Wicked information packed within the “BPO Kit” and the extra marketing material (Most Important) included. You instantly become a BPO/REO assassin and a definite asset to any asset manager. This the best $88 spent this year! After obtaining the bpo kit , the amount of companies sending me BPO’s tripled. As you may know the more BPO’s you do the more REO’s you received also the more money you earn. The BPO Kit is an excellent product and it literally saved my real estate career. I ordered the BPO kit in October or November of 2007 so I haven’t been using it a full year yet!I started out doing BPOs for various BPO companies then it happened…I got a call from an asset management company and I went from zero listing to 18 active listings with 5 more in my pipeline. I get at least two to three new properties every month. My business has grown by leaps and bounds…No one else give you the information contained in the BPO Kit for the price and the free updates are great…It’s the one of the best investments you can make to reenergize your real estate business. It worked for me, but don’t take my word for it…Try it yourself! Now, remember it only works if you work it and the BPO/REO business isn’t for the faint at heart. It’s hard work and you’re part of a bigger timeline…All I know is that it beats the hell out of not having business in this market. It also opened my eyes to how the “big boys” stay in business year after year in the REO business. I am a realtor in S.W. Fl covering Charlotte, Collier, Hendry and Lee Counties, yet with the advertising I had done the sales had not come in as they did many years ago. So, I heard about Anthony and his BPO kits, So, to make some $, I bought the kit. Realize now, my wife was diagnosed with MS and she had to quite her job with the college in town, which she had her P H D which she doesn’t use anymore. So, at the time, we lived barely off her income from disability, so with the BPO kit, I bought from Anthony, we have a weekly income which we can get out more, which in my wife’s case is inportant. Plus, on the business aspect, I am working with 3 to 5 asset management companies on a regular bases and I work with the REO banks that have the bank owned properties of which my broker and I are marketing to investors and hedge funds all over the USA. For we have affiliates in place to help with sales. Life is great if you look at what avenues are out there. Plus, you still have to believe in the U.S.A. and the system.

Real Case Studies
