Today I am sending you what I believe is the next most important affirmation movie. Your health…I am so guilty of this…and this is one of my biggest personal struggles. I have sacrificed my health for work and money! A HUGE Mistake…one that I am now struggling with, but watching this has worked. I am now down 28lbs and counting. Everyday I make an effort to work out and eat right…and if I skip a workout I make my self walk 40 minutes at the end of the day after dinner so I can at least burn off some fat. Anyways more on my health progress later. I will share some good tips with you on that soon. Enjoy this video it’s one of my favorites…

Well obviously spirituality is important…without it we would be empty human shells…this is a sensitive topic because everyone has a different religious belief! But the bottom line is we all have spirits and souls and ours souls and spirits need to be nourished and recharged! This is what gives that sense of fulfillment and joy that we need to get through the daily battles we face!
